What does NoticeRunner handle?
NoticeRunner coordinates delivery of landlord-provided notices, driver assignments, evidence collection and operations review. Property teams provide the documents and jurisdiction-specific delivery instructions. Court process service is outside this pilot.
Can we submit notices in bulk?
Yes. The landlord portal accepts a CSV with up to 200 property assignments and one shared PDF for that batch. Use individual submissions when each property requires a different document.
What counts as a completed job?
A driver submits a photo, location and delivery attestation. An administrator reviews the evidence and approves or returns the job. Approval records operational completion; it does not determine legal validity.
Where can we launch?
We plan coverage around your portfolio. A pilot starts after local delivery requirements, available drivers and commercial rates are confirmed for the selected market. The locations in the demo are examples.
